Service Supervisor – Touchstone at South Mountain

About the role

The Service Supervisor at Touchstone South Mountain is responsible for overseeing the technical and mechanical upkeep of the community’s interior and exterior spaces, ensuring they meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident satisfaction by promptly addressing service requests and preparing vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, diagnose, and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community maintenance.
• Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable building codes.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, parts used, and time spent on each task.
• Ensure all common areas, amenities, grounds, and building systems are clean, functional, and safe for residents and visitors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities to identify the source of defects and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building code requirements.
• Ability to prioritize multiple work orders and manage vendor relationships effectively.
