About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Marlowe Centennial Hills property, leading a team to deliver high‑quality resident experiences while meeting financial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily property activities, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and monitor the property budget by analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
- Set rent rates, ensure timely collection of rent and fees, and track revenue performance.
- Maintain compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing to review current and projected market data.
- Drive resident satisfaction initiatives and address community concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
- Proven ability to meet budgetary and operational goals.
