Service Supervisor – Sage

About the role

We are looking for a Service Supervisor – Sage to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of the Green Valley community. The role ensures that interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose the source of defects and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and ensuring all required work is completed before new move‑ins.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems and common‑area equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors, maintain accurate work order records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment across the property, adhering to all regulatory and company guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience handling work orders and performing building repairs.
• Knowledge of safety standards and local building codes.
• Ability to inspect units, generate punch lists and coordinate vendor activities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
