Service Supervisor - Park at Canyon Ridge

About the role

We are looking for a Service Supervisor to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of the Canyon Ridge community in Aurora, Colorado. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, conducting pre‑move‑out inspections, generating punch lists and coordinating vendors or contractors to complete necessary work.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems, grounds and amenities to preserve appearance and operational reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory and compliance documentation.
• Supervise and guide maintenance staff, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple work orders.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors and internal teams.
