Service Supervisor - 1600 Glenarm

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose mechanical and technical issues and perform repairs safely.
• Experience overseeing make‑ready processes and coordinating vendors.
• Strong attention to detail for developing and maintaining cleanliness standards.
