About the role
We are seeking an outgoing Service Advisor to join our team at Mazda of Greenville. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through vehicle maintenance and repair while ensuring a positive, memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and gather vehicle information.
- Document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
- Recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and service history.
- Prepare accurate labor and parts estimates.
- Schedule follow‑up appointments and monitor each vehicle’s progress throughout the day.
- Keep customers updated regularly and verify final invoices match performed work.
- Explain completed work and charges clearly to customers.
Required profile
- Proven record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant.
- High energy level and desire for a long‑term career.
- Strong personal and professional integrity.
