Service Manager

About the role

Classic Hyundai - Wilkesboro is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead its service department. You will ensure high‑quality, efficient service delivery while driving customer satisfaction at our North Wilkesboro dealership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve department efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure effective communication between the service department and other dealership areas.
• Monitor service performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure swift resolutions.
• Maintain and update service records and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an automotive service management role.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
