About the role
Identify, attract, and engage healthcare professionals such as RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and allied roles for our client hospitals across the US.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Maintain ATS records and update candidate information.
- Develop long‑term connections with candidates and clients to support future hiring needs.
Required profile
- 1‑5 years verifiable recruitment experience, preferably in US healthcare.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of US tax terms and clinical & non‑clinical hiring requirements.
Required skills
- Experience with ATS, job boards (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), and candidate database management.
- Familiarity with direct clients, MSPs & VMS.
