About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Specialist to join our team in Upland, CA. The role is 100% onsite, full‑time, Monday‑Friday, and offers a competitive base salary with commission potential. You will serve as the primary tax advisor for a diverse portfolio of individual and business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing tax‑related inquiries.
• Develop and deliver proactive tax planning strategies to minimize client liabilities while staying compliant with regulations.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in public tax practice.
• Demonstrated client‑facing experience across various industries.
• Open to candidates holding EA or CPA credentials (nice to have, not required).

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary $85,000‑$95,000 per year.
• Commission structure with on‑target earnings up to $160,000‑$180,000.
• Direct‑hire permanent position with full benefits.
