Senior Staff Technical Program Manager – Hivemind Catalyst

About the role

Shield AI is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead the Hivemind Catalyst program, accelerating autonomous capability adoption for customers. You will operate at the intersection of technology, strategy, and business development, guiding complex technical programs from concept through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical program management activities, creating execution plans, milestones, and success metrics while managing cost, schedule, scope, risk, and resources.
• Align customer needs with Hivemind product and engineering priorities, driving closed‑loop communication and supporting software release planning and roadmap development.
• Partner with customers to define technical roadmaps, pricing, and execution strategies, helping transition prototypes to production‑ready autonomous systems.
• Maintain internal execution roadmaps, prioritize R&D efforts, and monitor program health against organizational OKRs.
• Develop executive‑level communications and support strategic forums such as portfolio reviews, steering committees, and board meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience in a fast‑paced technology environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programs involving software, systems, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
