Senior Specialist Shopper Marketing

About the role

The Shopper Marketing Senior Specialist builds and executes end‑to‑end strategic marketing plans for Nestlé’s frozen brands across regional retailer accounts. The role creates omnichannel branded experiences that engage shoppers, excite merchants and drive measurable business outcomes in awareness, consideration and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own annual shopper‑marketing plans for assigned retailers, using shopper and retailer insights to shape integrated physical and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate agency and vendor workstreams, delivering clear briefs, feedback and ensuring brand standards throughout campaign execution.
• Manage budget development, tracking, forecasting and invoice reconciliation while communicating trade‑offs and ROI expectations.
• Lead retail digital media and search marketing initiatives, applying keyword, sponsored product and bidding strategies to grow e‑commerce share and household penetration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in shopper, customer, omni‑channel or brand marketing, preferably in a CPG environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting systems and performance reporting.
