Digital & Social Intelligence Senior Analyst

About the role

As a Digital & Social Intelligence Senior Analyst you will join Nestlé USA’s Commercial Excellence team to embed a real‑time social intelligence capability across the organization. You will work closely with brand, insight and innovation teams to turn social and AI‑driven data into actionable recommendations that shape consumer‑focused strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct social listening, LLM listening and related research using Nestlé’s digital intelligence stack, delivering visual stories that drive brand actions.
• Manage the analysis request queue, prioritising ad‑hoc research based on business impact, effort and urgency.
• Maintain and govern social listening tools, handling user access, dashboard quality and issue escalation.
• Partner with third‑party analysts and vendors to advance tool features and ensure actionable outputs.
• Provide stakeholder training, develop materials and run office‑hour sessions to build self‑service capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, market research, analytics, communications, business, economics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in social listening, social research and using analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear, persuasive insights for cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and delivering both scheduled and ad‑hoc research.
