Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

About the role

Servos is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to drive the ServiceNow project lifecycle while collaborating with virtual teams across the United States. The role focuses on applying industry best practices, building strong client relationships, and delivering high‑quality ServiceNow solutions for public‑sector customers.

Key responsibilities

• Work with client stakeholders and internal team members to gather and translate requirements for technical delivery.
• Coordinate client demos, testing sessions, and workshops to ensure a seamless project lifecycle.
• Advocate for quality and change management, keeping ServiceNow industry standards at the core of all work.
• Provide continuous documentation to communicate requirements and maintain project visibility.
• Develop a deep understanding of implemented solutions and customers’ business processes.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with ServiceNow customers.
• Strong communicator capable of engaging directly with client stakeholders.
• Proven ability in relationship building, business process improvement, and requirements gathering.
• Experience optimizing efficiency using both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
• Familiarity with basic ServiceNow administration (CSA preferred) and the ITIL framework.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
