Senior Service Technician – Residential Property

About the role

The Marq on Martin and Martingale community is seeking an experienced Senior Service Technician to handle resident requests, maintain property amenities, and ensure overall building functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs, including appliance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by completing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and routine equipment inspections.

Required profile

• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
