Senior Service Technician – Promenade Place

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of its properties, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and make repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and scheduling vendors.
• Coordinate contract work and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain the overall functionality and safety of common areas and property amenities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or property maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow safety codes.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to work independently.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
