Senior SAP Ariba Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Senior SAP Ariba Consultant to join its US consulting team. The role involves designing, configuring, and delivering SAP Ariba solutions that support end‑to‑end procurement processes for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts for SAP Ariba implementations.
• Configure sourcing templates, approval workflows, contract workspaces, supplier onboarding, catalog settings, and compliance processes.
• Support Source‑to‑Contract and Procure‑to‑Pay cycles, including RFx events, auctions, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier collaboration.
• Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ECC/S/4HANA using CIG, APIs, IDocs, cXML, and other middleware.
• Analyze and resolve production issues related to procurement workflows, master data sync, and integration failures.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to enable client self‑sufficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience per missing year of education).
• Minimum 4 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years focused on SAP Ariba solutions.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Required skills

• SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle, Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Ariba Network).
• SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA integration experience.
• Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), APIs, IDocs, cXML.
• Configuration of procurement templates, workflows, and catalog settings.
