Senior Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

Astral Weeks Development is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground‑up multifamily projects from pre‑development through close‑out. The role serves as the primary liaison between the development team and external contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of ground‑up development and construction projects, from pre‑construction to final close‑out.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and owners to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee pre‑construction activities including consultant onboarding, design approvals, bid and award processes, scheduling, and value‑engineering opportunities.
• Track construction progress, conduct site visits, manage submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and address schedule or budget issues promptly.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, change‑order evaluation, and monitoring of total cost of ownership.
• Lead punch‑list management, final inspections, warranty documentation, and O&M handover.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience managing ground‑up multifamily design and construction, preferably luxury residential.
• Proven ability to act as the main point of contact between development teams and contractors.
• Strong focus on design integrity, construction quality, and delivery excellence.
