Commercial Real Estate Analyst

About the role

The Analyst will work closely with investment professionals to evaluate new commercial real estate opportunities and support ongoing asset and portfolio management. This position offers exposure to a variety of investment strategies in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in underwriting and due diligence of new CRE investment opportunities.
• Build detailed financial models and asset valuation tools to support investment decisions.
• Forecast operating performance, financial projections, and business‑plan scenarios.
• Provide financial analysis for asset‑management initiatives and develop business plans.
• Prepare asset‑level recommendations and strategic plans for senior management.
• Maintain property valuation models using Excel and ARGUS.
• Produce periodic asset‑level reports and update senior management on performance.
• Support third‑party property managers in budgeting, capital, and leasing plans.
• Assist with ad‑hoc strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking or finance.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can thrive in a fast‑changing, deadline‑driven environment.
