Senior Project Manager

About the role

Litify is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation and configuration of its legal operating system built on the Salesforce platform. You will guide client migrations, ensure successful go‑live, and foster strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own client relationships from kickoff through project completion.
• Drive timelines, budgets and deliver projects on‑time and on‑budget.
• Identify risks, create response plans and monitor issues.
• Conduct kickoff meetings, regular touch‑points and weekly status updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Professional Services team to allocate resources and track tasks.
• Travel to customer sites (≈10%) for UAT, Go‑Live and other on‑site activities.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve delivery and skill development.
• Support adherence to internal project methodology.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Proven ability to develop, manage and track timelines and milestones.
• Experience managing customer and vendor budgets and forecasting resources.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of Salesforce technology; Salesforce ADM‑201 certification or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
