Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation (Hybrid)

About the role

Kelly is partnering with a Fortune 50 energy client to lead a large‑scale enterprise transformation program. The Senior Project Manager will own day‑to‑day execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring the project stays on schedule, on budget, and delivers the expected outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan covering deliverables, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria for all workstreams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities, align stakeholders, and drive cohesive progress.
• Facilitate governance routines, including project meetings, steering‑committee updates, and decision‑alignment sessions with the Program Lead.
• Manage meeting logistics: scheduling, agenda preparation, note taking, and action‑item tracking.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when necessary.
• Produce structured status reporting – dashboards, milestone tracking, risk logs, and leadership summaries.
• Maintain all project documentation such as charters, RAID logs, decision logs, change‑control records, and look‑ahead agendas.
• Support cut‑over, hypercare, and stabilization planning to ensure smooth transition to steady‑state operations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably on large‑scale transformation or enterprise technology programs.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑workstream plans and facilitate executive‑level governance.
• Strong risk and issue management with structured mitigation approaches.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project‑management methodologies.
