Senior Manager, HR Strategy & Process

About the role

The Senior Manager, HR Strategy & Process provides enterprise‑level expertise on change management, communication, and human capital strategies supporting strategic initiatives across Retail, Supply Chain, Professional Services, Corporate Functions, and International businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, document, and mitigate risks for complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Capture lessons learned and share insights with PMO, HR leaders, and business partners.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess people, organizational, and change impacts.
• Provide objective HR guidance, flagging risks, opportunities, and dependencies.
• Communicate initiative status, impacts, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to develop project plans, timelines, and change strategies.
• Define and measure success metrics for pilots, proof points, and enterprise rollouts.
• Lead thought‑leadership sessions to embed people‑experience considerations end‑to‑end.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR strategy and change‑management initiatives at an enterprise level.
• Strong partnership skills with senior business and functional leaders.
• Ability to assess and integrate people, organizational, and change impacts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Track record of delivering continuous‑improvement insights from project retrospectives.
