About the role
Atlas Nextwave is seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to join its Houston office. The role combines hands‑on recruitment consulting with people‑management responsibilities, driving service quality for both clients and professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize client and professional services by continuously improving team performance and workflow.
- Ensure staff are trained, motivated and able to meet response‑time and fill‑rate targets.
- Manage OPEX budgeting together with the Business Manager.
- Maintain compliance with Atlas Nextwave’s Integrated Management System and cost‑price models.
- Oversee commercial KPIs, gross‑margin targets and client‑relationship metrics.
- Support the Business Manager in frame‑agreement negotiations, renewals and KPI setting.
- Monitor and improve professional‑related KPIs.
Required profile
- Proven business‑development and commercial experience, preferably in marine, energy, renewables or recruitment.
- Strong leadership potential with a desire to progress to senior management.
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents and contracts.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Required skills
- People management and team development.
- Understanding of client servicing and professional management processes.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR best practices.
