About the role
Alcon is seeking a strategic Senior Manager to lead global executive talent acquisition. You will partner with C‑suite leaders and HR to drive executive hiring worldwide, ensuring diverse and high‑quality pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end executive recruitment for senior director level and above across all regions.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines aligned with critical business capabilities.
- Collaborate with executive leaders, HR, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, and Communications to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Provide guidance on executive hiring best practices, embedding fairness and inclusion throughout the process.
- Contribute to global talent acquisition initiatives focused on process improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or high school + 15 years, Associate + 11 years, M.S. + 4 years, PhD + 3 years).
- Minimum 7 years of relevant talent acquisition experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing executive‑level searches, preferably in a retained search firm or large global organization.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- On‑site work in Fort Worth, 5 days per week.
