About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst in Change Management to lead the people side of transformation initiatives. You will help employees adopt new processes, systems, and workplace tools, ensuring projects achieve their intended outcomes and improve overall employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption while minimizing resistance.
- Apply structured methodologies, conduct impact analyses, assess readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Design, develop, deliver, and manage communications to support change initiatives.
- Collaborate with project teams to embed change activities into overall project plans.
- Coach senior leaders and executives to act as effective change sponsors.
- Monitor and measure change effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and adoption metrics.
- Support continuous learning initiatives, creating training materials for new technology and workspace tools.
Required profile
- Proven experience in change management and adoption, focusing on employee engagement.
- Strong ability to conduct impact analyses, assess readiness, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills for senior leadership.
- Experience designing and delivering training and learning programs.
