About the role

As the Senior Manager of Events & Experiential Marketing for Bosch Power Tools North America, you will lead the brand’s experiential strategy across trade shows, user events, and other high‑impact activations. This hybrid role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to create immersive experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and drive market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end planning, budgeting, and execution of major trade shows and user events.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to ensure flawless delivery.
• Develop measurable KPIs and post‑event analyses to demonstrate ROI.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and logistics for all activations.
• Maintain brand consistency and storytelling across all experiential touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 5‑7 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale trade shows and experiential programs.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
