Communications Specialist

About the role

The Communications Specialist will create and execute effective communication content and plans that support specific initiatives and organisational changes. You will work closely with business partners to ensure messages are clear, engaging and aligned with Vanguard’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop cohesive communication plans for initiatives and events that drive business outcomes.
• Partner with business areas to identify needs, propose solutions and manage delivery within scope.
• Produce clear, concise and engaging content for targeted audiences.
• Identify communication trends and apply them to future projects.
• Apply Vanguard’s style, usage and brand guidelines to maintain consistency.
• Spot opportunities for improvement to enhance communication effectiveness.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant communications experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Eligibility to work in the location without visa sponsorship.
