Senior Graphic Designer – Life Sciences (Hybrid, Indianapolis)

About the role

Milliman’s Indianapolis Health practice is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to create compelling visual solutions for life‑sciences clients. The role blends digital and print design, supporting brand communication across multiple platforms in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to gather design requirements and project goals.
• Develop creative concepts and layout designs for both digital and print media.
• Present design ideas to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and ensure final graphics align with brand guidelines.
• Prepare and package design files for production or development.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay current with industry trends and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Sketch and Figma.
• Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design (preferred).
• HTML/CSS knowledge for web design (preferred).
