Senior Director, Customer Partner – Healthcare Revenue Cycle

About the role

This senior leadership position drives operational excellence and strategic partnership across complex healthcare revenue cycle environments. Reporting to executive leadership, the Senior Director acts as a trusted advisor to client executives, overseeing large‑scale engagements and ensuring strong financial performance and long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management and strategic oversight of end‑to‑end revenue cycle operations for assigned client engagements.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships, communicating operational performance and business priorities.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to align objectives, mitigate risks, and implement remediation strategies.
• Monitor operational metrics, analyze trends, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall revenue cycle performance.
• Contribute to organizational transformation by sharing industry best practices and supporting strategic planning.
• Mentor and develop high‑performing revenue cycle teams, fostering growth and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in leadership or management roles.
• Deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management and client‑facing operational leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships at the executive level.
• Track record of driving operational improvements and transformation initiatives in healthcare.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a focus on actionable solutions.
