About the role
This senior leadership position drives operational excellence and strategic partnership across complex healthcare revenue cycle environments. Reporting to executive leadership, the Senior Director acts as a trusted advisor to client executives, overseeing large‑scale engagements and ensuring strong financial performance and long‑term satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day management and strategic oversight of end‑to‑end revenue cycle operations for assigned client engagements.
- Build and maintain executive‑level relationships, communicating operational performance and business priorities.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to align objectives, mitigate risks, and implement remediation strategies.
- Monitor operational metrics, analyze trends, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall revenue cycle performance.
- Contribute to organizational transformation by sharing industry best practices and supporting strategic planning.
- Mentor and develop high‑performing revenue cycle teams, fostering growth and operational excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in leadership or management roles.
- Deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management and client‑facing operational leadership.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships at the executive level.
- Track record of driving operational improvements and transformation initiatives in healthcare.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a focus on actionable solutions.
