Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our fast‑growing AI‑driven strategy execution company. Working remotely from anywhere in the United States, you will support accounting, finance and cross‑functional operations, helping the business run smoothly and scale efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily and monthly financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support and expense tracking.
• Maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations and assist with month‑end close.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with external accountants and auditors for tax filings, reporting and compliance.
• Assist with accounting for international entities.
• Act as a utility player across HR, legal, procurement, facilities and IT, designing and improving workflows.
• Manage special projects, implement new tools and maintain internal SOPs.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding of employees and vendors.
• Identify and resolve undefined issues, acting as a liaison between departments.
