Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

ThisWay Global, Inc. is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead finance and accounting functions for its AI‑first technology business. The CFO will partner with the executive team to shape capital strategy, manage risk, and drive financial discipline while supporting rapid growth across AI, data‑center, and workforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a financial strategy that aligns with product development, market expansion, and long‑term enterprise value.
• Provide visibility into cash flow, runway, burn rate, and scenario analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead financial preparation for fundraising, debt facilities, strategic investments, and other capital initiatives.
• Produce investor‑ready financial reporting, narratives, and supporting materials.
• Partner with external tax, audit, legal, and financial advisors to ensure compliance.
• Build and oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax strategy, audits, and governance frameworks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO on growth, partnership, and acquisition opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably in high‑growth technology or AI‑focused companies.
• Strong track record of capital allocation, fundraising, and risk‑adjusted decision making.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical initiatives into clear financial outcomes.
• Ability to lead and develop finance teams, implement robust processes, and drive accountability.
