Seasonal Sales Stylist – Holiday Position

About the role

Join Beyond Yoga for a temporary, holiday‑season position as a Sales Stylist at Westfield Valley Fair. You will represent the brand, provide personalized service, and help customers find apparel that fits their active lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and create an authentic, service‑oriented environment.
• Achieve daily store and individual sales targets.
• Maintain visual standards, store appearance, and housekeeping procedures.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage markdowns, and replenish merchandise.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and partner with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt new technologies, including familiarity with the Shopify platform.

Required profile

• Enjoy a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Collaborative role model who embraces inclusion and belonging.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, willing to learn new tools.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and kneeling.
• Reliable transportation; high school diploma or GED preferred.
