About the role

Join Nespresso for the holiday season as a part‑time Seasonal Sales Associate, working up to 19 hours per week. You will be the welcoming face of the boutique, greeting customers, offering complimentary coffee tastings, and helping with daily boutique operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.
• Elevate hospitality standards in the boutique and maintain a beautiful, safety‑first environment.
• Share Nespresso’s sustainability mission and guide customers through coffee tastings.
• Operate digital systems and point‑of‑sale software to process transactions.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth boutique operations.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee and hospitality in a fast‑paced luxury setting.
• Ability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours through January 2027.
• Availability for part‑time, seasonal work (up to 19 hours/week).
