Seasonal Part-Time Cook

About the role

The Seasonal Cook prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables under the Chef’s direction. This part‑time, seasonal position focuses on operating select kitchen equipment and prepping items to ensure smooth service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables using flat top, grill, sauté, and other equipment.
• Maintain proper portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards.
• Stock and replenish food products at line stations to support guest service.
• Keep workstations clean and sanitary, following food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure effective product flow.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of prior restaurant kitchen experience (preferred).

Required skills

• Valid Food Handler certification.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as flat top, grill, sauté stations, and pantry.
