About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organized Seasonal Host I-1 to positively represent High West, greet and seat guests, and support front‑of‑house operations in Park City.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers, manage wait lists and reservations.
- Maintain front entrance cleanliness and organize menus.
- Provide accurate information to guests and coworkers.
- Assist servers, act as liaison between kitchen and service staff.
- Help with event set‑up, flow, and coat‑check organization.
Required profile
- 1–2 years experience in a restaurant environment, preferably as a host.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Effective communication and commitment to outstanding customer experience.
- At least 21 years of age, able to sit/stand for long periods and work on a computer.
- Ability to lift items as needed; reasonable accommodations provided.
