Hospitality Operations Manager

About the role

The Hospitality Operations Manager leads the front‑of‑house teams at High West Saloon and Nelson Cottage, ensuring brand‑aligned, authentic guest experiences. Reporting to the General Manager, Spirits Hospitality, this role is a key member of the High West Hospitality Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall operations for High West Saloon and Nelson Cottage hospitality.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Build a culture of employee engagement, training, development, and continuous improvement.
• Set performance expectations and accountability measures for front‑of‑house teams.
• Partner with leadership to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team effectiveness.
• Monitor hospitality and safety standards to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with Constellation Brands policies.
• Collaborate with the Beverage Manager and Executive Chef on menu development and ensure food and cocktail quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Oversee front‑of‑house operations while supporting back‑of‑house needs such as staffing, policy compliance, service standards, facility cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.
• Facilitate weekly front‑of‑house management meetings.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and separations to retain top talent.
• Work Manager on Duty floor shifts as needed, typically 2–4 per week.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing hospitality or restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Ability to develop and enforce operational standards and policies.
• Experience collaborating with culinary and beverage teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
