About the role

We are hiring experienced Seasonal Culinary Team Members to work in a high‑energy private club kitchen during the summer. The role involves working on the hot line, grill, sauté, pantry, or garde‑manger stations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high‑quality dishes with consistency and precision.
• Work hot line, grill, sauté, pantry, or garde‑manger stations.
• Assist with banquet and event execution.
• Maintain mise en place and station organization.
• Follow recipes, plating standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Support teammates during peak service.
• Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous line‑cook or station experience (strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Comfort working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
