About the role
Quorum Software is seeking a SCADA Analyst I to join its fast‑paced, international team in Tyler, Texas. You will act as the first line of support for customers using the company’s SCADA platform, ensuring issues are triaged, documented and resolved efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Triage customer‑reported SCADA issues, provide configuration recommendations and document resolutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver detailed problem descriptions and improvement requests.
- Participate in configuration, enhancement and testing phases for software changes.
- Maintain timely first‑response communication, updates and support resolutions to guarantee a positive customer experience.
- Document incidents, both internal and external, and curate resolved cases into a knowledge‑base for self‑service.
- Handle SCADA requests via Salesforce Service Cloud, email, telephone and Microsoft Teams with end‑to‑end responsibility.
- Provide periodic after‑hours on‑call support and ensure personal and team deliverables are met.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience delivering solution support or implementation.
- Strong technical background in diagnosing and troubleshooting software applications.
- Familiarity with SQL, PowerBI or Python is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
