SAP Service Management Consultant – Orlando, FL

About the role

Infosys is seeking a SAP Service Management Consultant to join its Manufacturing unit in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions for clients in automotive, aerospace, defense and industrial manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes, identify optimization opportunities and produce detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customizations and integrations based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced SAP S/4HANA Service Management customizations, collaborating with development teams to build critical applications.
• Create and manage integration workflows that connect the ERP system with external applications, and lead large‑scale data migration initiatives to ensure data integrity.
• Apply performance‑optimization techniques to improve scalability, reliability and user experience, while leading compliance audits and security reviews.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for customizations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA Service Management.
• Proven ability to design complex integration solutions and oversee large data migrations.
• Strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business objectives and industry trends.
• Deep knowledge of compliance requirements, security protocols and performance‑optimization methodologies.
• Sector experience in automotive, aerospace, defense or industrial manufacturing is a plus.
