About the role
We are a leading wine and spirits company seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage off‑premise accounts in the Miramar area. This full‑time position involves building strong relationships with customers, promoting supplier brands, and delivering exceptional service while traveling to client locations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and follow an efficient daily route to visit assigned accounts.
- Conduct account surveys, ensure compliance with national account standards, and identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage back‑bar and well placements.
- Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves where permitted, and track product availability.
- Provide brand education through staff training seminars.
- Process credits, returns, and manage receivables in a timely manner.
- Address customer issues, deliver products in special circumstances, and coordinate with management as needed.
- Achieve sales, volume, and merchandising targets set by management.
- Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager on new account openings and order development.
Required profile
- Current associate with a passion for customer service and a winning team mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for traveling to customer locations.
- Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.
