About the role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to manage a combo territory covering both on‑premise and off‑premise locations in Breckenridge and Frisco, Colorado. The role focuses on growing account relationships, promoting supplier brands, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and follow an efficient daily routing pattern to visit accounts.
- Identify sales opportunities through account visits, surveys, and compliance checks.
- Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage placements and promotions.
- Maintain product inventory, restock shelves where permitted, and monitor stock levels.
- Provide brand education and training seminars for account staff.
- Process credits, returns, and manage receivables, including aged accounts.
- Handle customer issues, deliver products in extenuating circumstances, and refer matters to management as needed.
- Achieve sales, merchandising, distribution, and volume targets set by management.
- Ensure brand visibility using point‑of‑sale materials and maintain account standards.
Required profile
- Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
- Prior sales experience preferred; knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for customer visits.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance goals.
