Sales Consultant – Luxury Lease‑Up

About the role
As a Sales Consultant for the Fox Hollow community, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents during a critical lease‑up phase. You will showcase the luxury apartments, convey the community story, and drive leasing momentum from day one while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, and guide them through the leasing process.
- Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
- Maintain accurate resident information and ensure smooth move‑ins.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to monitor market conditions and adjust leasing strategies.
- Participate in community events and help create a welcoming atmosphere that supports resident retention.
Required profile
- Relationship‑driven sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during a high‑energy lease‑up period.
