Sales and Service Banker – Central Manhattan

About the role

The Sales and Service Banker acts as a trusted advisor, building long‑lasting relationships by understanding customers' financial needs and goals. You will deliver tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions while providing exceptional service and protecting the bank from risk and fraud.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, identifying and meeting customers' transactional, servicing, and product needs.
• Process teller transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash handling.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer partners to grow banking relationships.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self‑service options.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales targets and overall performance.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal fraud‑defense policies.
• Support nearby branch locations when business needs arise.

Required profile

• Ability to meet the financial needs of customers, including transactional and product services.
• Ability to identify opportunities to grow banking relationships through calls, transactions, and referrals.
• Ability to deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience.
• Ability to ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal risk policies.
