Restaurant General Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Savannah location. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences while driving profitability and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Manage inventory control to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and presentation.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on sales, labor costs, and inventory levels.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management (assistant manager or general manager role).
• Strong background in staff training, food service, and kitchen management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality dining experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Toast POS (preferred).
