Assistant Manager – Pizza Restaurant

About the role

Domino's is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at its Palestine, TX location. You will support the store manager, oversee staff, and ensure a high‑quality experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
• Manage a team of 3 to 30 employees during your shift.
• Oversee store operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control.
• Greet customers, take orders, and operate the cash register with a friendly attitude.
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items accurately, following recipes and portion standards.
• Deliver orders safely and courteously when required.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the front of house to the back.
• Uphold Domino's grooming and professional appearance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong judgment, basic math ability, and capacity to multitask.
• Motivational attitude that creates a positive workplace.
• Reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
