Remote Recruiter for Homecare Division (US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Recruiter to join our Homecare division. This is a work‑from‑home position that requires availability during New York business hours. The ideal candidate thrives in high‑volume recruiting and is comfortable making cold calls.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for Light Industrial and Hospitality staffing roles.
• Conduct cold calls to discuss job opportunities with potential candidates.
• Screen, evaluate and submit candidates for open positions across various industries.
• Meet performance metrics such as daily call volume, submissions, and placements.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and collaborate with the sales director to achieve hiring goals.
• Document candidate interactions accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and follow up through interview and placement stages.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of agency recruiting experience in Light Industrial or Hospitality staffing, with a focus on cold calling.
• Proven ability to work US Eastern business hours (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5:30 pm).
• Strong command of English (written, spoken, listening) and bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Comfort with performance‑driven environments and meeting daily metrics.
• Reliable home office setup with a Windows computer and high‑speed internet.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
• Ability to operate a Windows computer environment for recruitment activities.
