Remote Receptionist – AI Model Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Receptionist to support our AI model training team. In this position you will use your expert writing and editing abilities to assess the performance of AI chatbots, measure their progress, and help improve their logical reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Assign complex tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate the quality of their responses.
• Check AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and overall performance.
• Conduct research and fact‑checking to verify information generated by the models.
• Provide detailed feedback to guide model refinement.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Strong research and fact‑checking abilities.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
