Remote Real Estate Sales & Leasing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Remote Real Estate Sales & Leasing Coordinator to support our growing mobile‑home rental and sales operation. The role manages the full tenant lifecycle, from inquiry through move‑in and retention, while working closely with on‑site teams to coordinate tours and closings.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong tenant relationships, convert renters to buyers, upsell to larger units and reduce turnover.
• Manage and optimise listings on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Realtor.com and MLS, keeping them current and competitive.
• Schedule and coordinate property tours, align prospect availability, and support the sales process from positioning to follow‑up.
• Guide prospects through digital rental applications, ensure consistent post‑tour communication and smooth move‑in transitions.
• Educate prospects on mobile‑home financing, coordinate with lending partners and support approval processes.
• Track unit availability and construction timelines to align marketing with actual readiness.
• Identify process improvements, manage social media presence and propose enhancements to website and online reviews.

Required profile

• Proficient English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in real‑estate leasing, property management or related sales roles.
• Ability to manage pipelines, leads and customer relationships with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, proactive mindset and capacity to work US Eastern Time business hours.
