Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in exploring cruise options, itineraries, and onboard experiences.
• Support the booking and confirmation process for cruise reservations.
• Respond to customer questions regarding destinations, cruise lines, and travel requirements.
• Review reservation details for accuracy, including dates and traveler information.
