Registered Nurse – Oncology Infusion Clinic

About the role

The Oncology Infusion Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead patient care using the nursing process. You will work in a collaborative environment, supporting diverse patients and families while contributing to the clinic’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to deliver safe, high‑quality patient care.
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary staff, managing both human and fiscal resources.
• Lead interdisciplinary team discussions and promote evidence‑based practice.
• Utilize data and clinical information to drive improvements and achieve unit objectives.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred: certification in a clinical specialty area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers, software applications, and web‑based tools.
